ABOUT THE GYM
The Home Gym is an old corn crib converted to a workout facility. Equipped to accommodate all levels of fitness from Elite Athlete to down right out of shape. Different workouts every day using full body movements. We work hard and because of that, we get results. Each person works within their own capabilities in an encouraging and sometimes competitive environment. I lead each class to ensure movements are done properly and to help tailor each workout to your abilities, but you do the work.
Classes - First Class FREE!
Each class lasts about 1 hour. If there is nobody signed up for the class within 24 hours, the class is cancelled. Call or e-mail to sign up for a class.
Monday - Friday
6:00 am
8:30 am
3:30 pm
5:30 pm
Other class time can be accommodated, but you have to ask.
Pricing
Monthly prices are as follows and last for 4 weeks:
2x/ wk - $60
3x/ wk - $80
Unlimited - $100
Individual classes are $10 per class.
Personal Training is $25 per hour.
Students - 25% OFF
Simple Nutrition
Eat Meat and Vegetables, Nuts and Seeds, Some Fruit, little Starch, and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that support activity but not body fat. For more nutrition info, just ask and I will tell.
